Thursday, August 15

Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken: Two four-ounce chicken breasts are coated with a honey and garlic glaze. Served with roasted red potato hash.

Friday, August 16

Shrimp Scampi: Pan-seared shrimp tossed with butter, garlic, lemon and butter and served over angel hair pasta.

Friday night Appetizer: Dill Cucumber Bites (three cucumber slices topped with a dill and goat cheese cream)

Monday, August 19

Apricot Chicken: Grilled chicken paired with a sweet but savory sauce of apricots, onion and cilantro and served with rice.

Tuesday, August 20

Balsamic Beef Sandwich: Flank steak marinated in balsamic reduction then grilled and sliced thin. The sandwich is served on a baguette with Bleu Cheese mayonnaise, artisan greens, sliced tomato and caramelized onions. Served with chips.

Wednesday, August 21

Ball Park Bratwurst: Traditional grilled bratwurst with sauerkraut or peppers and onions. Served with a side of chips.

Thursday, August 22

Chicken and Gnocchi: Grilled chicken served over gnocchi, sautéed spinach and asparagus. Topped with a parmesan cream sauce.

Friday, August 23

Pork Marsala: Roasted pork loin topped with sautéed mushrooms and sweet Marsala wine. Served with a side of pasta.
