Friday Night Appetizer (February 23)
BBQ Ribs: Four pork ribs smothered in Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce and coleslaw.
Monday, February 26
Tuscan Salad: Fresh spinach leaves topped with olives, onions, artichoke hearts and bell peppers.
Tuesday, February 27
Red Wine Chicken Wrap: Crispy chicken in a toasted wrap with artisan greens, toasted pecans, dried cherries and a sweet red wine vinaigrette. Served with a choice of side.
Wednesday, February 28
Chili Taco Bowl: Fried tortilla bowl filled with romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, onions and jalapeno crisps. Topped with house-made chili and served with a side of sour cream.
Thursday, March 1
Pesto Grilled Cheese: Texas toast with cheddar cheese, provolone, Havarti and pesto. Served with a choice of side.

Baked Tilapia: Seasoned and baked tilapia served over a bed of rice mixed with an assortment of vegetables.
