Cancellation Policy
Please notify The Inn at Ohio Northern University of any changes or cancellations 24 hours prior to the date of your arrival by calling 419.772.2500 or 866.713.4513.
Specialty Dates Policy
For specialty dates at Ohio Northern University, such as Commencement or Homecoming, full payment is required at the time of making the reservation. You will be charged a deposit in the amount of anticipated room charges for the entire reserved stay. Your deposit will be refunded only if you cancel 30 or more days prior to the arrival date. The full deposit amount is forfeited when cancelling within 30 days of the arrival date. We appreciate your business and are available for any additional information at 419.772.2500 or 866.713.4513.
