Monday, August 3

Garlic Ginger Stir-Fry: Tender strips of pork, broccoli, carrots, peppers, onion, mushrooms and red pepper glazed with a sticky sweet garlicky ginger sauce and served over a bed of rice.

Tuesday, August 4

Meatloaf: Our house-made meatloaf topped with BBQ sauce and mozzarella cheese, mashed potatoes and corn.

Wednesday, August 5

Chili Salad: Fried tortillas topped with romaine lettuce, chili, cheddar cheese, onion and tomato.

Thursday, August 6

Pasta and Meatballs: Our house-made meatballs in pasta sauce over pasta noodles topped with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Served with a garlic breadstick.

Friday, August 7

The “Rachel” Turkey Sausage: A grilled turkey sausage on a shrimp roll topped with sauerkraut, French dressing and Swiss cheese.

Face Coverings - Guests are asked to wear a face-covering in public spaces.  Your face mask may be removed in the privacy of your guest room or while enjoying purchased food and beverage in our designated dining spaces.
